Day 5 Horse Camp June 19th. We started off riding Annabelle, our Belgian Draft, lead Spirit in the paddock then painted Hazel and gave her a bath. Designed an obstacle course for the ponies, Millie & Peaonee, visited Tillie the tortoise and played with the goats. We groomed Uno & Zackie and rode Chicka & Gracie. What a fun day!

Day 4 Horse Camp June 18th. Absolutely beautiful weather for camp today. It was a fun filled day packed with lots of learning. We rode Beau and had individual lessons with Gracie, Oakley and Beauty.

Day 2 of Horse Camp, June 16th. Camp started off a little wet but ended up being a beautiful day. We learned about stall cleaning, first aid, horse anatomy, focused on hoof and hoof care, rode Zackie and Dee Dee & spent time with the animals.

Ellen was recognized for Diligence!

Ellen has been working hard in lessons and continues to show steady, earnest and energetic effort in her riding lessons and Hillman Horsemanship Equestrian Academy classes!

She never cuts corners, applies everything to lessons and academy carefully and consistently works through difficult tasks, comes out strong & positive no matter what!
