🥎 **Help Bucksport Little League Replace Our Softball Scoreboard** 🥎

Bucksport Little League is a **nonprofit organization**, and we rely heavily on the generosity of volunteers, families, local businesses, sponsors, and community members to keep our programs running and our facilities maintained.

We want to be fully transparent with our community about one of our current needs.

The scoreboard on our **softball field needs to be replaced**. An exact replacement for the current scoreboard is **$5,841**.

We have also looked into repairing the existing scoreboard, but the repair cost would be **more than half the cost of purchasing a brand-new replacement**. Because of that, we believe replacing it is the better long-term investment for the league.

We are reaching out to our community for **any assistance toward the $5,841 replacement cost**. Whether that support comes from one sponsor, several local businesses, organizations, families, or individual community members, every contribution will help.

As a nonprofit, expenses like this can have a significant impact on our league, and community support allows us to continue putting our resources where they matter most — providing a safe, enjoyable, and memorable Little League experience for our kids.

Although in this picture we are missing a few players for opening ceremony.

Our 9-11 all stars qualified for the first time is 10+ years to the state tournament.
They feel short to Augusta today knocking them out of the tournament. BLL is SO incredibly proud of the hard work and determination they showed to get there and hold their own.
This certainly isn’t the last we’ll see of this group of boys!

JV high school Baseball Coach Matt McInnis, has pledged that, If we can flood the bleachers at Biddeford Little League with Purple and Gold he will dye his hair AND BEARD Purple!

If anyone wants to take a little road trip with BLL All stars here is the address.

Our first game is 7-18 at 2:30pm.

We’d love to flood the bleacher in purple and gold! It’s been over a DECADE since a BLL team has made it to states. Win or lose we’re so proud of them for even making it there.

We are so incredibly proud of our 9-11 all star Baseball team!

We went best 2 out of 3 against a great Coastal team and came out on top to win District 1 Championship!

The boys are off to States in Biddeford 7/17/26 for the opening Ceremony then first game 7/18/26 against District 3 at 2:30pm!
