Away from home since Tuesday morning, these girls are exhausted and sad to see this amazing season come to an end earlier today. Rather than rush home to rest this evening, they were excited to have the opportunity to stop for one more meal together—one last moment as THIS team.

We’re so thankful for the families and supporters who make experiences like this possible for us all season long. It truly takes a village, and we’re grateful for ours. ❤️🏀

It’s been a fun week, and an incredible season resulting in another Top 8 finish, but unfortunately all things come to an end.

We’ve got more State Tournament basketball today at the Tacoma Dome, with the winner of this game playing for 4th place overall on Saturday morning. Time to regroup and get after it!

Absolute slugfest tonight at the dome that came down to the final minutes in Overtime, but didn’t go our way. Kudos to Snohomish on the win.

Still fighting for placement - we’re back at it tomorrow at 2pm vs White River.

The girls are off to STATE!

Great send-off this afternoon as the team loaded up and headed to Tacoma. Huge thanks to the Stanwood High School Band and Stanwood Cheer for the walk-out, to Stanwood Spartan Girls Basketball Club for the sandwiches from Sasquatch Subs , and to Locals Espresso! for the drinks as we hit the road! Love this community!

We will see everyone tomorrow night at the Tacoma Dome!
