As the 2025–2026 season officially comes to an end, my heart is overflowing with gratitude. This season gave me so much more than wins and losses, it gave me memories, friendships, and moments that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

To every one of these incredible young women, thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. I have built such a special bond with each of you, and watching you grow not only as athletes but as confident, resilient, and compassionate young women has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. I couldn’t be more proud of who you are and who you are becoming.

To our amazing families, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for every mile traveled, every hotel stay, every cheer from the stands, every team dinner, every bonding event, and the thoughtful gifts. Most importantly, thank you for trusting me with your daughters. That trust is something I have never taken for granted, especially with our seniors during some of the final games of their softball careers. It has truly been an honor.

And to my girls… I don’t know if words will ever be enough. Thank you for giving me something I didn’t even realize I had lost, you gave me my love for coaching back. You reminded me why this game is so special. You showed me what loyalty looks like, what it means to play for one another, and how to love this game with your whole heart. Because of you, this has been the most rewarding and unforgettable season of my coaching career.

To our seniors, this may be the end of your travel softball journey, but it is only the beginning of everything that lies ahead. I know each of you is destined for incredible things, and I can’t wait to watch your stories continue to unfold. Never forget the lessons you’ve learned, the friendships you’ve built, and the family you’ve created along the way.

Please don’t be strangers. Come back and visit often, because no matter where life takes you, you will always have a place on this team, in this family, and forever in my heart.

WHAT A WEEK! I don’t even have the words for how proud I am of this team! Went 5-3 and took 3rd place at Nationals. We fell to the loser bracket this morning and played ALL DAY to come back up to the semifinals. Unfortunately by then we were just out of gas! Congrats to the only two teams that beat us this week in the championship tomorrow! Gonna be a great game! So proud of my 🧨 girls! Two more tournaments and I have to say goodbye to my amazing seniors

We are pleased to announce the teams, coaches, and regions for the WA Firecrackers 26-27 Fastpitch Season. We are particularly enthusiastic about our expansion into East King County for the upcoming season.

Where do I even begin?!? I am so blessed to have this team right here! These ladies played 5 games last weekend in OKC in almost 100 degrees weather and came home 5 days later and competed in 6 games to take 2nd place going 4-2 for the weekend! Today was the first day all season we have had every girl on the team playing and every single girl contributed to our success this weekend! Luckily, we have a few weeks off and will be back for state at the end of the month! Let’s go FC! 🧨

🔥 Firecrackers Fastpitch Tryouts — 2026–2027 Season 🔥

Coaches have been asked not to contact players prior to tryouts. If you’re interested in more information or would like to connect with a coach, please use the QR code below.

Our teams are currently focused on finishing the season strong and competing in upcoming tournaments.

Tryouts for the 2026–2027 season will be held after most teams tournaments conclude, with initial sessions scheduled for July 14 & July 15, with additional dates added as needed.

Our 18U team will return a strong core group, but with 6 seniors graduating, we are looking to add a few talented athletes to round out the roster.

Thank you total tickets and USSSA for the signed softballs from the tournament for each girl. I chose to have our very own University of Washington alumni and someone who played for the Firecrackers organization under our leader Tony Rico who once called her the face of the Firecrackers! Firecrackers 18U went 3-2 this weekend! Strong pool play into bracket and just couldn’t beat the heat! It was pushing 100 degrees and definitely felt hotter today than all weekend! These girls played so well and had an amazing time. This was one of the best trips I’ve ever taken with a team and one of the best teams I’ve ever coached! We are looking forward to getting home and playing the rest of summer together! Way to go ladies! So proud of every single one of you! 🧨 Shout out to a Brooklyn for coming out to play with us and ending her immediate softball career with one last tournament as a Firecrackers!
