Day 912: 08.07.20 ~ Hi all!πŸ‘‹πŸ» It’s been a quick minute since I’ve posted πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ I’ve been spending quite a bit of time with my family & taking camping trips every chance we get! ⛺️
Well, I’m back at it and going to be kicking things up a notch here in a couple days! πŸ’ͺ🏻 I’ve allowed the Covid15 to pack on by indulging a bit more than I should πŸ»πŸ• so it’s time to say ✌🏻 to those 15 pounds!

Day 743: 02.19.20 ~ I’ve made a few subtle comments about it but I guess it’s time I officially announce, I will be participating in my first ever Competition in April!πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
This is COMPLETELY out of my comfort zone and I am so nervous yet excited for it! πŸ’ͺ🏻 Training started last week and we are about 6 weeks out from competition currently.
I have a LONG way to go but I will be ready. πŸ™ŒπŸ»
Week 1 of training was super tough for me. I let that self doubt and negative voice in my head get the best of me. Thankfully I have my amazing pack of who picked me up and made me quickly realize I got this and I can in fact do it and anything else I want to accomplish!! ❀️ So thankful for this amazing gym and the unbelievably supportive group of friends I’ve made here Prime Fitness😊πŸ₯°

Day 730: 02.06.20 ~ Happy 2 Year Fitversary to me!!! πŸ’ͺ🏻

Wow! I can’t believe it’s been 730 days since I made the decision to start caring about myself and my health! When I started my journey it felt like I would never meet my goals or get my body to a point I felt comfortable in my own skin. I don’t exactly know when the transition happened in my mind but when that mind shift finally happened, I felt and became unstoppable!
While my physical body has changed, it’s the mental change that has been the absolute best!
I couldn’t be more proud of myself for as far as I’ve come and know that I am NOT done! πŸ’ͺ🏻 Big things to come for me this year and I am stoked! πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈβ€οΈ
A huge thank you to those of you that have supported, followed and given me motivation during my journey! It means more to me than you will ever know!!! 😘

Day 713: 01.22.20 ~ I have been completely down on myself the last couple weeks after busting my butt with workouts and getting my nutrition more on track without more than .2 ounces of a change on the scale. πŸ‘ŽπŸ»

I really try to not let the number on the scale affect me but it can really be tough sometimes! .

The old me would’ve given up and thrown in the towel being too discouraged but the new me understands and knows that it takes more than 2 short weeks to get and keep results. So what did I do? I did what I am determined to do in many aspects of my life and kept pushing on! πŸ‘ŠπŸ»

Today gave me that extra push of motivation I knew would come if I kept on πŸ™ŒπŸ» While the scale has gone up a couple pounds this month, all of my hard work the last few weeks is finally showing up!
Down 4 pounds, body fat & BMI down 1% and muscle mass up .5% ❀️ While it might not seem like a huge change to some, for me, this is exactly what I needed 😊

Changing up my routine and diet has proven once again to work for me and I couldn’t be more proud of myself this morning πŸ₯° .

Moral of the story; not doubt or give up on yourself ever!! You ARE strong, you ARE capable, you ARE deserving and YOU GOT THIS πŸ‘ŠπŸ»πŸ’•
