Please be patient with us as West Virginia continues to give us the new guidelines on Suppressors. As of right now, anything that has been attached to the Form 4 process , will not be grandfathered in. So, this means if it is attached to the Form 4, if will have to go through the same process as normal. This is for anyone, nation wide. The Attorney General's Office asks for all SOT tax holders to give them a week or so to hammer out all the details. M and J Outdoors would love to sell Suppressors with the 4473 Form, please be patient. So, until they tell us what to do next, we are offering free Form 4 fingerprinting and picture processing for the next week.
