Zumba Homework: 2, 4 CT planks; 10 push~ UPS; 1 right leg/left leg 16 second planks; 10 push UPS; 1, 4 CT shake plank; 10 push UPS; 1, 4 CT V~ plank; 10 push UPS; 1 table top 4 CT; 2, 8 CT climb, bottom lifts all sides 2, 8 CTs per lift change......Walk 2 miles per day see below.
