Yoga of 12-Step Recovery with Lisa

Yoga of 12-Step Recovery with Lisa Y12SR is an innovative, addiction relapse prevention tool that addresses addiction as a physical, mental, and spiritual disease.

We combine a physical yoga practice using breath and simple movements, and a 12-step based discussion. There is no charge to participate. Donations accepted to offset cost of using space, if relevant. Will bring Y12SR to addiction recovery organizations, agencies, churches and local communities. Join us tonight at 6pm sharp for a Recovery Meeting followed by a gentle yoga practice. We will focus on Gratitude and Hope, two powerful forces in healing as we release the issues in our tissues and build strength, endurance and calm.

Time and Place: 6pm to 7:30pm. Harbor Community Center, 5312
Walnut Rd., Buckeye Lake, Ohio. Next to Creno's Pizza.

Anyone struggling with addictive behaviors or the addictive behaviors of others are welcome. This includes all A's (Addictions) and co-dependency issues.

Social Distancing is practiced. Mats are available. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water and YOU! Donations are accepted as payment to HCC for use of this great space!
