Just a reminder that today's district banquet is at 2 at the fair grounds. Please remember to bring your own drinks and a dessert to share. We are also responsible for bringing our own plates and silverware. The district is providing fried chicken, Mac n cheese and coleslaw. See you this afternoon!

Team banquet is November 7 at Pizza Hut in Buchanan. I need a head count -asap to order pizza.
We also need to rsvp numbers to the district by November 11 please see previous post and let me know how many of you can attend!

The district end of season banquet for Jr and Sr teams is Sunday, December 1st at 2 pm at the fair grounds. We are responsible to each bring a dessert to share. I need to know how many people plan to attend. No later than November 8th. If pay can please let me know of you're coming and how many people will be coming with you I would appreciate it.

New schedule and several classes being double judged. I will have to make several posts because it limits how many attachments I can have....stay tuned. Here are the schedules for Saturday and Sunday.

Good morning and happy show week! Please take a look at the slot sheet and let us know asap if there are any issues with the classes you're assigned to.

Also - I need to know if anyone is camping and if you want a stall.

Currently I have this info:
Taryn - 1 stall
Aberdeen- 3 stalls,1 camping.

Ps. We are currently in 3rd place by 13 points, so we need to make sure we are all over our patterns this weekend!

Great job this weekend everyone. I'm not sure where we are at in the standings, but I'm really proud of how hard everyone worked and I'm very thankful to our team for stepping up and volunteering at every request! Get some rest. Drink a boatload of water and have a great first week of school. I'll post standings when I know them, and I'll post patterns for the next show later this week....I think we all need a break for at least a couple of days ;-)

Good evening our show starts tomorrow morning at eight thirty. For those of you in showmanship please make sure you are horses are ready 15 minutes before the show starts. If you are not in early classes we could still use your help for some of the riders who are showing early. The district is short staffed this weekend and has asked us to help out in a couple of different areas. We will be helping with announcing as well As running the gaming gate.

Please see the attached images for this weekend. They include the schedule, back numbers, and stall assignments. I have Aberdeen down for 2 stalls and Emma down for 1 stall. If we are missing anything please let me know.

Today we were informed that one of the riders that signed up to participate decided not to compete on equestrian team any more. Because of that we've talked to the district and made the decision to drop down to the B division. Moving to the B division allows us to place riders in classes they feel safe and confident in rather than trying to force you to do things you've never done, or haven't done in a long time. I'm attaching the new slot sheet - and hopefully the final version going in to this weekends meet. If you have any concerns please let me know, but I'm hoping the decision to change divisions allows us to all enjoy the equestrian season safely and without burning ourselves out! We will need to place in the top 2 in the division in order to earn a trip to regionals, but I think we've got a great shot at doing that with this group!
