⚾️ GET TO KNOW RAYLEN TERRY #44! ⚾️

To know Ray Ray is to know a kid who brings energy, heart, and a whole lot of personality wherever he goes! ❤️

Raylen has been playing baseball for 4 years, and over that time, he has really grown into the game. Catcher is where he feels most at home, and there’s something about being behind the plate that he absolutely loves. 🔥 His dream is to one day be a starting catcher in the MLB, and he's already putting in the work toward that goal.

Raylen is also a multi-sport athlete who enjoys football and basketball, but baseball continues to hold a special place in his heart.

A big part of Raylen's growth has come from the people who have poured into him along the way. His dad has encouraged him to step outside his comfort zone and always be willing to try something new. His trainer, Luke, has also played an important role in helping Raylen develop and sharpen his fundamentals. Having that kind of support around him has helped Raylen continue to grow both on and off the field.

And if you ask his teachers, they'll tell you Raylen is so much more than an athlete. He's fun, thoughtful, energetic, compassionate, kind-hearted, and a great listener. Those qualities are a big part of what makes Raylen so special.

We're proud to watch Raylen continue to grow, learn, compete, and chase that big dream. Keep working, Ray Ray! 🦌⚾️

Today didn’t turn out the way we wanted, but there are still moments and performances worth celebrating. 💚⚾️

As a team, we made a lot of mistakes today, and our attitudes weren’t where they need to be. Those are things we’ll learn from, work on, and come back stronger from. That’s part of the game—and part of growing as a team.

But two boys absolutely stood out today, especially on the mound. 👏🏼🔥

These two boys PITCHED THEIR HEARTS OUT today! 💪🏼⚾️ They stepped up, competed, battled, and gave us performances that deserve to be recognized—even when the scoreboard didn’t go our way.

Wins and losses don’t always tell the whole story. Sometimes, it’s about the effort, the fight, and the boys who step up when their team needs them.

Bentlee & Baylor, you boys did FANTASTIC today! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 We are proud of you!

Keep working. Keep competing. Keep getting better.

The scoreboard may not have been ours today, but these two definitely gave us something to be proud of. 💚⚾️

⚾️ PLAYER SPOTLIGHT: CODY BALDWIN #23 ⚾️

Cody is the kind of kid who brings his whole heart to everything he does. ❤️‍🔥

He started playing baseball at just 4 years old, and over the years, he’s developed a drive and determination that is impossible to miss. Cody isn’t afraid of hard work. He’s the kid who will put in the extra practice, keep working on the little things, and continue pushing himself to get better. 💪🏼⚾️

But what really makes Cody special is the way he shows up for the people around him. He’s one of the first to get his teammates hyped before a game and one of the loudest voices cheering them on from the dugout and the field. He brings energy, encouragement, and plenty of fun wherever he goes. 😂

When he’s not playing baseball, Cody stays busy playing basketball, riding dirt bikes, and enjoying just about anything outdoors. He has big dreams and the determination to chase every one of them — whether that means making it to professional baseball or tearing up the Supercross track someday. 🏁🔥

Cody also has a tremendous amount of respect for his coaches. He listens, works hard, and appreciates the time they put into helping him grow both on and off the field.

He’s competitive, hardworking, funny, loyal, and always ready to have a good time. And once you become Cody’s teammate, you’re not just a teammate anymore — you’re a friend for life. 💚

We’re proud to have #23 wearing the Bucks uniform and can’t wait to watch this kid continue to grow, work, compete, and chase those big dreams!

⚾️ MEET COACH JAMES! 🦌💚

Coach James has been coaching for 9 years, working with kids in football, basketball, soccer, and baseball. But for him, coaching has never just been about the sport—it’s about watching kids grow, improve, and fall in love with the game.

What he loves most about baseball is pretty simple: he loves that his kids love baseball. ❤️⚾️

As a coach, there’s nothing better to him than seeing a player put in the work, make improvements, and grow in their confidence and ability. Those little moments of progress are what make all the time and effort worth it.

Coaching this group of boys is especially meaningful to Coach James. He has been coaching some of these boys since they were just 5 years old, and getting to watch them grow—not only in their skills on the field, but also in the friendships and relationships they’ve built with one another—has been something truly special.

There’s still so much ahead for these boys, and Coach James is excited to be along for the ride and see just how far they can go. 💚⚾️

💚⚾ PLAYER SPOTLIGHT: BEXLEY WALTON #8 ⚾💚

To know Bex is to love Bex. 💚 He is sweet, kind, funny, and just an all-around great kid. He has one of those personalities that makes you smile, and if you’ve ever watched him play, you already know about those facial expressions! 😂👌🏻 They are absolutely priceless!

Bex has a way of coming in clutch when we need him most, especially at the plate. When his team needs a big moment, Bex is ready to step up and do his part. 💪🏼⚾

And it’s not just baseball where Bex shines. He’s a smarty-pants in the classroom too, and he’s part of the gifted program at school. 🧠📚 He’s also a multi-sport athlete who plays football and basketball.

His favorite position? Pitching! 🎯
His fun fact? Well… according to Bex, “I like to pitch.” 😂 We’ll take it!

But one of our favorite things about Bex is the heart behind the player. His goal is simple but powerful:

🙏🏻 Play hard. Stay humble. Trust God. Give Him the glory.

Bex is inspired by his dad, who encourages him to work hard, keep pushing, and always strive to be better. ❤️

We’re proud to have this sweet, funny, smart, and clutch kid wearing the Bucks!

🦌⚾️ MEET COACH WILL ⚾️🦌

Every good baseball team needs coaches who know the game, love to compete, and genuinely care about the kids they’re coaching. We’re lucky to have all of that in Coach Will.

With 8 years of coaching experience, Coach Will brings a love for the game that goes far beyond just winning. Having played both football and baseball himself, he understands the importance of competition, hard work, focus, and doing the little things right. For him, there’s nothing better than watching all of those things come together in a good, fundamentally sound baseball game.

But what he loves most about coaching is the opportunity to help shape these boys—not just into better baseball players, but into better young men.

And if you asked the boys to describe Coach Will, we’re pretty sure somewhere near the top of the list would be, “Coach always has something funny to say.” 😂

But behind the jokes, the trash talk, and the laughs is someone who understands how important these years are. Coach Will knows he has the opportunity to be part of some of the most important years of these boys’ lives—years where they’re learning how to compete, work hard, handle failure, be good teammates, and most importantly, believe in themselves.

That’s the kind of coach we want in the Bucks family.

Someone who will push them.
Someone who will challenge them.
Someone who will laugh with them.
And someone who will help them become the best version of themselves they can be.
