VMC Strength My name is Vinny Corpora, and I graduated from Neumann University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training and Minoring in Strength and Conditioning.

My goal is to connect with my clients in a way that will allow me to better themselves both physically and mentally. I specialize in fitness and body transformations with people of all ages and body types. Whatever your goals are, whether it be looking to improve your fitness levels, lose weight, or transform your body, I will maximize your results in the shortest time possible. I do this by intro

ducing a customized and healthy nutrition plan combined with specific weight and cardio training. With my Athletic Training background, I have worked with ages 7 to 70 that ranged from sports training to rehabilitation programs.
