New class alert!! 🚨🚨
Heated strength is a full-body strength training class held in a heated room, typically 80-90°F. The warmth is used to increase mobility, promote blood flow, and add a light cardiovascular challenge — but the main focus is still strength, picking up heavy weights. Not all about the sweat in this one.
