Future Cardinal Diamond Sports is committed to the development of every player in our program. Encourages communication with coaches and parents .

MISSION STATEMENT:

It is the mission of the Future Cardinals Diamond Sports to provide opportunities and exposure in the best possible environment while competing at the highest levels in youth baseball. We strive to meet a standard of excellence that is built on a foundation of commitment, discipline, hard work, and pride while emphasizing the importance of faith, family, academics, and baseball

. FUTURE CARDINALS DIAMOND SPORTS OFFERS:

Minimal out of pocket cost

Structure Independence Guidance and support from Harmony Grove HS baseball and softball coaches. Premiere Uniforms and Equipment

Team Training

Coaches run their own practices

Coaches select their own tournaments

Coaches choose their team's level of play (League, A, AA, AAA, AAA-Major)

Coaches Education (practice plans, drill and etc)

ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT:

Teams receive guidance, and support from organization and Harmony Grove HS baseball and softball coaches. We would like to offer our support and help guide you through this journey

Coaches at the youth level have different levels of experience. No matter where you are as a coach we would like to help. Some coaches want to do their own thing, and some want help. It does not matter to us which one you are, we are here for you. FEEDER SYSTEM FOR HIGH SCHOOL:

The Future Cardinals Diamond Sports program is used as a platform to develop players and prepare them for Harmony Grove's High School baseball and softball program. The Future Cardinals Diamond Sports program feeds into Harmony Grove High school. ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS:

Provide a positive atmosphere and environment that promotes the learning, development, and improvement of baseball skills in order for each member of the team to be the best player they can be and reach their full potential

Use baseball as a tool to develop life skills that will help make them successful in their future careers and as citizens in their community

To be recognized and regarded as a community leader and set the example of how to operate a successful competitive youth baseball program

Put our players in competitive situations that help develop character, courage, loyalty, and teamwork

Promote and focus on the importance of academics in preparing players for high school advancement.

🥎⚾ Thank You for an Incredible Camp Weekend! ⚾🥎

What an amazing turnout at our Future Cardinals Softball and Baseball Camps! We are so grateful for all the players and families who showed up ready to learn, compete, and grow. The energy and effort were outstanding! 💪

A very special thank you to Coach Faith Otts and Coach Brandon Mynhier for leading such impactful camps and investing their time into our young athletes. Your leadership and dedication to developing the next generation truly make a difference.

We also appreciate the high school players who helped make the day extra special for our campers.

The future is bright for our Cardinals! 🔴⚫

The wait is over! Our Harmony Grove Lady Cardinals Middle School team is ready to take the field this season! 💪🔥

👊 This group is hungry, hardworking, and ready to compete every single play. Come out and pack the stands and support these young lady's as they represent the Cardinals with pride!

📅 Season Opener: March 16th vs Glen Rose
Home games will be played at Harmony Grove HS.
All games start at 6:00pm.

Due to ballpark conditions and construction, the Future Cardinals Chili Cook-Off on February 21, 2026 will now be held at the Practice Fields at Harmony Grove School.

⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 NEW Location: Harmony Grove School Practice Fields

Everything else stays the same — great chili, door prizes, and fun for the whole family! 🌶️⚾🥎
