He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management and a Master’s degree in Athletic Development Management. Jhonny is also a proud U.S. Army veteran. His passion for baseball extends beyond his playing days, as he is dedicated to teaching, instructing, and guiding the youth in the spor

This is an opportunity for athletes ready to compete at a higher standard and earn their place in a program built on excellence, structure, and accountability.

At Operation Baseball Academy, we are a staff of qualified coaches with experience both on the field and in the classroom. At this age, coaching and leadership matter most as athletes prepare for the transition to high school baseball, and having coaches who have competed at higher levels plays a major role in their growth and overall understanding of the game. 💪⚾

Our teams continued to show tremendous growth, competing with confidence, baseball IQ, and clean, competitive baseball all weekend long. The progress and evolution are showing on the field every time our players compete.
