The Lazy Macros® Challenge is about setting a priority on the underrepresented foods in most diets (fruits, veggies, and protein). You’ll find by eating real meals of the good stuff, you typically don’t have room to overeat processed carbs and fat. Sure, you can still have some goodies since no foods are eliminated in the challenge, but the quantity of them falls better in line when you have a proper baseline of whole foods. Challenge dates are Feb 5- Mar 3. Sign up using the link below and join us at the member meeting tomorrow for more information. The meeting is at 6:30pm at Crossfit Obey.

This is the last call to sign up for the ® starting Monday. Add fruits and veggies, restrict nothing. Yes, the majority of your diet should be whole, unprocessed foods, but there is room for some of your favorite treats. Oh, and did you know it’s the fruits and veggies of your choice? Hate broccoli? Paleo-only? Low-carb? Fine enough, pick the fruits and veggies you like!
