One of our own just went worldwide. ๐Ÿ’™Our instructor ๐—›๐—ผ๐—น๐—น๐˜† ๐—ก๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ถ has released a brand-new Nia routine called ๐˜Š๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฎ๐˜ช๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ณ๐˜บ, and it's now available on Nia on Demand, where Nia teachers and students around the world can experience and share her work.

Holly has been teaching Nia for over 30 years. She's a first-generation Nia Trainer, choreographer, and educator and she brings all of that depth into every class she teaches here at The Dance Barre.

๐˜Š๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฎ๐˜ช๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ณ๐˜บ is about connection. Within your body, your emotions, your community, and the world around you.
