FIELDHOUSE (AKA BOOMTOWN-FIELDHOUSE)

Address: 14200 E Alameda Ave, Aurora, CO 80012

For all visitors and attendees

All attendees and players are invited guests to Boomtown’s private facility. By entering the facility, you have accepted all the rules and agree to the waiver terms (click here). All photos and images taken within the facility belong to the facility and will be utilized in marketing. We have security cameras as well as staff around the facility monitoring. All RMR team coaches will sign the facility agreement and be responsible for their families and players to follow the rules. Violators will be FINED. Please read all the facility rules listed. Visitors are welcome to book the facility amenities listed on (check for updates) https://www.boomtownathletics.com/events!

Boomtown Athletics only provides the venue for tournaments and events. We are NOT responsible for the organization, logistics, or any other aspects of the tournaments or events held at our facility. For any issues with tournament rules, registration, schedules, and specific amenities purchased, please contact your tournament organizer directly with any questions or concerns. Boomtown Athletics is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during external tournaments or events held at our facility.

Boomtown Facility Safety Policies & Rules

NO weapons or fi****ms of any sort are permitted in the facility. ONLY PLAYER BACKPACKS ARE ALLOWED INTO THE BUILDING. Purses and camera bags are permissible and must be available to be opened and checked for weapons.

NO GUM is allowed in the facility.

NO sports drinks, coffee, or tea in playing areas as this delays the tournament and causes slip hazards. No Stanley cups are permitted in the facility as they do not have a cap. Water in sealable containers are allowed in playing areas.

NO standing on tables or bar tops. Do not climb the nets or anything leaving the ground. Do not access any area outside of designated play or spectating areas.

NO personal chairs, camping chairs, or coolers on the courts that may ruin the court floors. COURT CHAIRS ARE NOT TO BE MOVED. Floor mats and seats are acceptable provided they do not scratch the floors. No self carried team tables are authorized in the facility. Movable chairs for spectators will be available on first come first serve, please return them after use.

Please be responsible for your own property and do not leave it unattended. We are not responsible for anything lost or stolen. There is NO lost and found. Due to sanitation requirements and sheer number of attendees, any items left will be thrown away in the evening. Please do not call or inquire about lost items.

There is no athletic trainer or ice on site, please provide your own. First aid kits should be part of the team's preparation, and the kits and bandages can be bought for a fee.

No appliances are allowed to be plugged in.

Please do not roam or go into areas that are a part of other athletic areas or under construction including the soccer field, med spa area, or gymnastics or dance studios.

No pets or animals are allowed in the facility other than service animals.

Outside Food & Drink Policies for USAV RMR ONLY

We are allowing ONLY RMR PLAYERS to bring brown-bag lunch from home that must be carried in player backpacks. If it does not fit in the player backpack, it will not be permitted into the facility. Spectators and other visitors cannot bring in any bags (except purses and camera bags), nor any other food.

Outside commercial food and drink are NOT permitted in the facility at all including Starbucks and coffees. Coolers of food are not allowed into the facility. We have a bar and cafe that have a variety of food options. All alcohol must remain in the bar seating area. Anyone is welcome to utilize the bar area. Thank you for supporting small businesses.

Every participant needs to ensure no foods or drinks are on the courts to enjoy this benefit. No eating (including snacks and granola bars) on the courts. Tables and chairs will be provided in the team areas for use first come first serve. We only allow sealed, clear water onto the court area. Anything else will be asked to be removed immediately. Anything spilled, the team responsible will stop play and clean up the mess. Every team must clean up the space after they leave or be fined, regardless of the trash ownership. This will be the only warning.

Please do not set up tables or camp for food in front of the Fieldhouse as there are other businesses operating within the facility that obstruct their businesses. There is a camping ban in Aurora, so no tables are permitted in front of the building. Any items or property left unattended will be considered abandoned and will be removed immediately. These items attract homeless people to do the same, and the Aurora Police will be issuing citations to anyone found doing so. Tailgating is not permitted as this is an active city parking lot with traffic, and littering is not permitted. If you are wanting to eat outside food, please ensure that you eat inside your vehicles.

Facility Logistics for RMR

Doors Open: The doors will open at 7:00 AM. Team areas are first come first serve. Please do not enter areas that are netted off or utilized for other athletic events such as the gymnastic areas, soccer field, or dance studios. Please do not enter any construction areas.

We offer these complimentary, but if these chairs are not returned at the end of events, we will rescind this privilege and begin charging for rentals.
