FYI a few of the CWD testing updates.
Area 35, 36 now require mandatory testing, so drop the head off of your tag at any Division of wildlife station for testing. You will get the head back in 1 - 3 weeks

It's almost that time of Year for us.

3rd Season rifle here in Colorful Colorado

To all the 2nd season hunters Be safe, be responsible, teach the youth but above all Have fun and enjoy the hunt.

This year we are Celebrating 125 years of parks and wildlife 1897-2022.

Did you know that at one point New Mexico was covered in ash and lava.

Standing at 8,000 feet tall Capulin was one of the last Volcanoes to erupt nearly 60,000 years ago.

Take a drive up to the top and not only be in the center of an extinct volcano but also an amazing view of other once active volcanoes.

Here are a few more well known extinct volcanoes in New Mexico: Mount Taylor, the Jemez Mountains and the Albuquerque volcanoes.
