OCCUPANCY
Single Family ONLY, no large groups, no multi-family. Maximum occupancy is 4 people (4 adults max). Exceeding the occupancy rate will result in the forfeiture of the entire Security Deposit and Cleaning deposit. RESERVATION DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION POLICY
125.00 is required at the time of reservation and holds your reservation. Visa, M/C, American Express or cash will be accepted. Full refund of reservation deposit if cancelling up to 10 days before reserved date minus a zero-dollar cancellation fee. Cancelling your reservation within 5 days of reserved date will result forfeiture of a $50.00 fee. Cancellations within 2 days will result in a charge of $25.00 per cancelled night. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO HUNTERS
Evidence of the above will result in the forfeiture of the entire Security Deposit and Cleaning Deposit. SECURITY, CLEANING DEPOSIT, RENTAL PAYMENT
$200.00 Security Deposit, $50.00 Cleaning Deposit, and remaining rental fees per reserved nights are required at time of pick up. The deposits will be refunded within 72 hours of return if the terms of the Rental Agreement are met and the tent Trailer is clean and undamaged with all inventory items in place. Visa, Mastercard or American Express will be accepted. We may use your deposit to pay any monies owed to us under this Agreement. LOSS OR DAMAGE TO TRAILER
Renter shall pay Jered and Serena Lousignont (owners) for all loss, damage and/or mechanical repairs to trailer and accessories, Regardless of fault resulting from abuse and/or misuse and/or negligence. Owners Jered and Serena Lousignont will determine the cost of any damages and amount will be deducted from damage deposit. If damage exceeds the $200.00 damage deposit, renter agrees to pay for the full amount of damage costs. PROHIBITED USE
The trailer of this contract shall not be used:
a) By anyone not specifically named in this agreement. b) By anyone whose ability to operate the tow vehicle is impaired by alcohol, drugs or fatigue. c) Outside of the United States without prior written consent
d) In any contest. e) In violation of any law. REPORTING OF ACCIDENTS OR THEFT
Renter shall report any accident or theft involving the trailer to the police and shall complete a written report as soon as possible and in any event within 24 hours. Renters shall immediately notify owners, Jered and Serena Lousignont, of theft or major damage that would make the trailer unsafe for travel. Agreement continued on page. 2

TICKETS, FINES, FEES
Renter shall pay all fines and other costs associated with traffic and parking violations issued during the rental period. The renter is responsible for any charges from any toll road costs or other travel fees while in possession of the trailer. REPOSESSION
Jered and Serena Lousignont (owners) may terminate this agreement and repossess the trailer at any time or place for any reason. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Jered and Serena Lousignont (owners) is not responsible for any loss or damage of any property left in, upon or carried in the trailer during rental period. LOADS
Renter agrees to pay for any and all damage and/or mechanical repairs resulting from the vehicle being overloaded, improperly loaded or resulting from an insecure load. REDISTRIBUTION
If renter returns vehicle to any location other than the renting location, renter agrees to pay regular rates plus applicable redistribution charge or towing charge. TOW VEHICLE
a) Tow vehicles are not covered by Jered or Serena Lousignont’s (owners) insurance. b) If trailer is damaged by a tow vehicle, renter shall pay for all damage, loss of use and towing. c) All tow vehicles MUST HAVE a class II or better hitch as well as a 7 plug with break controller and a minimum tow capacity of 5000. Installation charges are the responsibility of the renter. If you already have hitching and wiring they MUST be in good working order. Any problems must be repaired and the cost is the responsibility of the renter. d) The trailer shall not be moved with other than a 2’ ball hitch. DELAYS, BREAKDOWNS, INCONVIENENCES
Jered and Serena Lousignont (Owners) are not responsible for loss of time, wages, and inconvenience, loss of use of the tow vehicle or other consequential damage or experience. LICENSES, PERMITS
Any additional licenses or permits required by state authorities are the responsibility of the
Renter. The Tent Trailer must be clean otherwise the entire Cleaning Deposit will be forfeited. Agreement continued page 3

Waiver and Release
On behalf of myself and my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, assigns. I, hereby (A) waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability for the death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me or my family and
friends (B) hold harmless Jered Lousignont and Serena Lousignont ( Owners) for any and all liabilities and claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of any of my actions or the actions of any associates, or member of my family.
