At the beginning of each class, Coach Joe has the students run through a set of drills. For some, this may seem monotonous, but there is always a reason.

Each move is a small part of the bigger picture. In this video we demonstrate a drill and then show its significance. The better you get at each move, the more tools you have in your pocket.

One of our first students just won his first jiu jitsu gold at our first tournament. What a day!

Alan is someone who comes to both our evening and morning (5:30 AM!) classes. He tries new things, asks questions, and works collaboratively with his grappling partners. All that hard work paid off today.
