As mentioned in my previous post, I’ve made the decision to close 1441 Engraving & Design. Before I begin selling off equipment and shutting down the business and its social media presence, I want to give someone the opportunity to acquire what I’ve built and take it forward.

1441 Engraving & Design is being offered as a business opportunity for serious buyers.

Depending on the buyer’s needs, the sale may include some or all of the following:

Established 1441 Engraving & Design brand and business name
Social media accounts and established online presence
Website/domain and online business presence
Customer and business relationships, where transferable
Existing product designs and artwork
Product inventory and materials
Engraving and production equipment
UV printing capabilities
Laser engraving capabilities
3D printing equipment
Jigs, fixtures, tools, and production accessories
Existing product concepts and designs
Business knowledge and processes developed over the years

This could be an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start an established engraving/printing business rather than build everything from scratch, or for an existing business owner looking to expand their capabilities.

I am open to discussing a complete business acquisition, an asset purchase, or potentially structuring a sale around the buyer’s needs.

I’m not posting a price publicly because I’d rather speak directly with serious interested parties and discuss exactly what they’re looking for and what would be included.

A New Chapter for 1441 Engraving & Design

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to close 1441 Engraving & Design.

This business has been a tremendous journey, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us, purchased our products, shared our work, and helped us grow along the way.

Before we close our doors and begin shutting down our social media accounts, I want to offer someone the opportunity to take 1441 Engraving & Design to the next level.
