ONLY MATS needed for tomorrow’s REV+FLOW class. We will focus solely on the floor work. We will show different options for the three songs so everyone feels confident in what their bodies can do. Remember…Try into Triumph. This is where you will see growth and strength more and more each class.

And just like that…WE ARE BACK 🤗! Hope everyone enjoyed their summer break. We’ve missed you all and we are super excited to be back to our awesome REV+FLOW class 💪!

Tomorrow night (Wed, July 15th) @ 6pm we start a NEW ROUND 📣. Because it is incredibly important to us for our participants to feel successful in the form…we are gonna skip the floor work this week only so that we can have more time to focus on form up to the floor work so NO mats are needed this week, just your 2 - 3 lb. weights

REFIT class Tuesday and REV+FLOW class Wednesday (we are starting a new round so it's a great day to jump in if you have been thinking about trying it!!)

We will resume our Saturday REFIT classes next week and our Friday REV+FLOW classes in the fall.
