Hearts 4 REFIT -Brunswick We are a group of Joyful, All-in, and Imperfect REFIT® instructors. We want to share our passion for this community with YOU! Come dance with us! What is REFIT®?

REFIT® is Community Centered Dance Fitness! It is a powerful, positive workout that changes you from the inside out! It is a place where every BODY belongs! As a total body workout that will tansform your mind, body, and soul and leave you smiling! We can't wait to meet you and have you become a part of this awesome community! We do not charge a fee for our classes.

Michelle & I are so excited 🤗 to bring you a brand new REV+FLOW round tomorrow night. Unlike other rounds in the past, we will not be breaking down the moves 🙅‍♀️ for the first two classes. We are just gonna jump right into the full round…woo hoo 🙌!!!

If you have not tried this format, I would ask that you give yourself this gift 🎁 and come join us tomorrow. Your body will be thanking you for moving in ways 💪 that help you on a day to day basis. It is functional fitness meaning it helps you in your every day routines and week after week of showing up for you…you will see a difference both physically & mentally.

Need - 2 to 3 lb. weights, a mat, and some water 💦 (maybe a sweat towel 🥵 too cause that may be happening as well 😉)
