Here at Golden Isles Riding Academy our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment for horse lovers of all ages. Kelli Jordan, owner, began riding at age five and earned three world championship titles during her junior career. She attended William Woods University under a full equestrian scholarship and then furthered her skills with notable trainers from New Jersey to Florida before opening G

Here at Golden Isles Riding Academy we teach horseback riding that develops equestrian skills, but more importantly our riders learn responsibility, build self-confidence and develop sportmanship skills that last a lifetime. We offer lessons that provide expert instruction for beginners to seasoned show riders with a focus on safety first. Throughout the year we offer a variety of camps that coincide with school holidays. During the summer months we provide amazing weekly camps. Need a beautiful location to throw your next party. From graduation, end of summer, spring flings, to costume or holiday parties, bridal showers, to bar-b-ques. Any kind of party, we have the perfect beautiful open area for you and your friends. There is nothing like a birthday party held at Golden Isles Riding Academy. We throw the most amazing unforgettable parties, no birthday girl/boy will regret their one-of-a-kind party. 🐎✨ Week 1 Horse Camp Recap! ✨🐎

What a week!!

We learned the parts of the horse, practiced grooming and horsemanship skills, made horseshoe keepsakes, went on a farm scavenger hunt, played Horse Bingo, a horseback egg relay, and showed off our creativity during the always-entertaining Feed Bag Fashion Show and so much more. We even had a special visit from the farriers!

Most importantly, we spent lots of time in the saddle building confidence, making new friends, and having fun with our favorite four-legged teachers. By the end of the week, everyone was trotting along like pros! 🐴❤️

There were plenty of laughs, a little bit of horse hair, lots of sunshine, and memories made that will last long after camp is over.

🌟 Week 3 still has a few spots available! If you have a horse-loving kiddo who would like to spend a week learning, riding, creating, and making horse-crazy memories, we'd love to have them join us!

The judges were speechless! A full-length skirt with a daring ¾ slit, a custom-fitted tube top, handcrafted braided headband, and a perfectly placed bow. This look was giving feed-bag couture at its finest. 💃✨🏆

🥈 #2 – Princess Pirate Superhero Victoria
A true fashion visionary! Featuring a mermaid-inspired cape and flowing train, a princess crown, dramatic sleeves, and of course, designer-worthy Prada shoes. She arrived ready to save the world and walk the runway. 👑🏴‍☠️🧜‍♀️✨

Summer Horse Camp is in full swing, and we’re having an absolute blast with our horses! From riding and grooming to making new friends and unforgettable memories, every day has been packed with fun.

Great news—we’ve opened up spots for our Day Camps for the rest of this week and next week! If your child has been wanting to give horses a try, this is the perfect opportunity. Whether they join us for one day or several, we’d love to welcome them to the barn. Our day camp cost is $95 per day.

Come get a little dirty, learn a lot, laugh even more, and experience the joy of horses! 🐴☀️

What an amazing day at the Frederica Hunt Series Horse Show hosted by The Stables At Frederica🐴✨

We are so proud of all our riders who stepped into the ring today and gave it their all. Every rider, regardless of where they are in their journey, rode with heart, determination, and grace. They all represented themselves with confidence and sportsmanship.

There were beautiful rides, impressive accomplishments, new goals reached, and plenty of reasons to celebrate throughout the day. Watching our riders grow in skill and confidence is what makes days like this so special.

☀️ Summer is almost here, and Golden Isles Riding Academy Summer Horse Camp is where the fun begins!

Campers will spend their days learning horsemanship, grooming, tacking, and enjoying two horseback rides every day—plus plenty of laughs, new friendships, and unforgettable barn adventures.

No experience? No problem! Beginners are welcome, ages 7–17.

Fair warning: your child may come home a little dirty, smelling faintly of horses, with hay in their shoes, and talking nonstop about their favorite horse… but we consider that a successful week at camp. 🐴😂

Golden Isles Riding Academy is hiring for a full or part time farm hand. Horse experience required. Duties include: feeding, cleaning stalls, general barn clean up, handling horses doing daily turn out. Must be able to handle the heat and not mind working in inclement weather as animals still have to be taken care of even when the weather sucks. The hours will be between 6-8 hours a day depending on how quickly you get through the chores. While training with me, you would start at 7:45 (I have to get my kid to school), but once you are good to go on your own I'd rather you start as early as 6, but no later than 6:30. It will also be much cooler if you start earlier. I require potential employees to do a paid working interview.
