This is a 16-hr course taught by a NRA Certified | Duly Authorized Instructor and includes all the required materials and instruction needed to apply for a NYS pistol permit. You do not need a pistol permit or a handgun to attend. This course includes all and exceeds the minimum standard requirements when applying for a NYS pistol permit.
