Golden Isles Yoshukai Karate We teach Family Friendly Traditional Japanese Karate out of the Golden Isles YMCA.

Class times

Beginners Tuesdays 6:30-7:15
Advanced Tuesdays 6:30- 8:00 Thursdays 6:30 - 8:00

All classes will meet in Aerobics Room

These are the part of the feet that are used for different types of kicks. Koshi (ball of the foot) is used mainly with the front kick. Haisoku (top of the foot), is used with the round kick. Kakato (heel of the foot) and sokuto (edge of the heel), is used with the side kick.
