Whether you are a experienced fighter looking to enhance your skills or your a beginner wanting to learn, or if you just want to get in great shape, this is the place. Owned and run by boxing coach Jozsef Szasz, Brunswick Boxing offers a wide variety of physical fitness and boxing/MMA training with a "hands-on" approach you wont find at other gyms. Jozsef works with each individual to personally s

ee they reach their fitness goals and maximum potential. The Boxing portion of the gym offers classes Monday Through Friday 9am to 12pm and 5pm to 8pm and 9 to 12pm on Saturdays. Our gym has earned a name for itself with several MMA fighters, Multiple state-olympic gold medalists and world class training.
