Looking back at an unforgettable milestone: taking home the Overall title for the Men’s Physique Division at the “Mutant” NPC Natural Northern USA Championships.

Earning that spot was the culmination of relentless discipline, dialing in every detail, and bulletproofing the mindset to execute.

But as much as I love stepping under those lights, there is nothing quite like watching my own athletes do it.

Wishing massive luck to everyone stepping on stage this weekend. The prep is the hardest part, and making it to the lights is a massive achievement in itself.

A special, heavy-hitting shoutout to my own athletes competing tomorrow: Logan, Willie, and Sarah. It’s time to kick butt. You’ve put in the silent work, executed the programming, and built the physiques. Now it’s time to take the stage, show up, and show out.
