“Never thought I would actually be able to do planks 🙂”
When Susan started her journey, she was looking to build strength and improve her overall health. What she's discovered over the past 90 days is that progress often shows up in the little things that make everyday life easier.
One of the biggest changes she's noticed is feeling stronger and becoming more mindful of her breathing throughout the day, no matter what she's doing.
But what is Susan most proud of?
Simply put: she showed up.
She stuck with it. She stayed consistent. She made attending class a priority and learned to appreciate what she calls "the yumminess that's on the other side of every session."
And that consistency is paying off:
✨ More strength and confidence
✨ Easier everyday movements
✨ Greater awareness of her body and breathing
✨ Accomplishing exercises she never thought possible
Including planks!
Susan's advice for anyone feeling nervous about getting started:
"Take it one session at a time. You've got this!"
