DAY 30 💗🔥
A month ago, I started this journey at 179.4 lbs.
Today, I weighed in at 167.4 lbs.
That’s 12 pounds down while balancing:
📚 Graduate school
🙏🏾 Church convocation
💚 Sorority responsibilities
👩🏾🏫 Teaching
💍 Marriage
👩🏾👧🏾👦🏾 Motherhood
🏠 Real life
This month taught me something important:
You don’t need perfect conditions to make progress.
You don’t need more motivation.
You don’t need to wait until life slows down.
You just need to keep showing up.
Some days I meal prepped.
Some days I ate out.
Some days I hit 10,000 steps.
Some days I was exhausted.
But I never quit.
Progress so far:

👗 XL/XXL ➡️ Large
