With proper guidance from a health and fitness professional, your goals will be reachable and realistic. At PÜR, our task is the client's' goal, whatever it may be. In the course, we facilitate the client's' adherence to exercise by providing a set schedule when possible. But we have to be sensible living in a world dominated by other priorities. Sometimes a set schedule isn't possible, but it's ok because we offer flexibility in time slots and training packages to help in the pursuit of integrating fitness & health. Through a fitness and posture assessment we focus on incorporating clients' needs along with their goals in a safe efficient manner. This is done by meshing together the most up to date knowledge in the field of health and human performance and exercise science.
