The facility provides fundamental equipment geared to an unorthodox and functional approach toward personal training covering all aspects of human kinetics. With proper guidance from a health and fitness professional, your goals will be reachable and realistic. At PÜR, our task is the client's' goal, whatever it may be. In the course, we facilitate the client's' adherence to exercise by providing

a set schedule when possible. But we have to be sensible living in a world dominated by other priorities. Sometimes a set schedule isn't possible, but it's ok because we offer flexibility in time slots and training packages to help in the pursuit of integrating fitness & health. Through a fitness and posture assessment we focus on incorporating clients' needs along with their goals in a safe efficient manner. This is done by meshing together the most up to date knowledge in the field of health and human performance and exercise science. Let’s keep them active this summer! Our youth program focuses on the fundamentals of exercise, strength training, and mobility all in a safe, fun, and friendly environment.
We keep our class sizes small because we pride ourselves on giving your child the private, individualized attention they need during their workout.
🗓️ Schedule Options (1-Hour Classes):
Morning Session: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday at 10:00 AM
Afternoon Session: Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday at 4:00 PM
💰 $120 for the month (3 classes per week)
🚨 Limited Availability: Only 10 spots available per class time!
