Jo is the definition of no excuses. As a mother of 4, she gets in the building early before anyone else even shows up, and she never misses a single day. With her trainer Edgar constantly pushing her to new levels, she sets the tone for what true commitment looks like every morning. Her consistency and work ethic inside these walls are unmatched. Edward is the definition of setting the tempo. When he’s not dropping beats and setting the vibe as a DJ, he’s in the building putting in the work and crushing his milestones. He’s down over 30 lbs, under 20% body fat, and under 200 lbs for the first time in 30 years! His consistency and work ethic inside these walls are unmatched.
