TODAY Hurricanes FC-Brownsville, TX SAY “SEE YOU LATER” TO ONE OF OUR MOST LOVED COACHES Harvey Quinones !!!
Today is one of those days that brings so many emotions. We say goodbye to a coach who, for the past couple of years, has been so much more than just a coach to our academy.
Coach Harvey came into our family with the mission of strengthening, teaching, and guiding our kids, not only as soccer players, but as human beings. He taught them what it truly means to be a team, to have companionship, faith, discipline, strength, and the desire to keep moving forward, no matter what.
He always led by example. His dedication, discipline, and strength brought so many wonderful things to our academy. On and off the field, he became one of the most loved people by our kids.
As a teammate and coworker, Coach Harvey was always willing to give more, help more, and do whatever was best for our players and our academy. That kind of commitment leaves a mark, and his certainly will.
But today, Coach Harvey is not simply saying goodbye… he is leaving to follow a dream. He is going to be there to watch one of his own kids chase his dreams, to support him, guide him, and celebrate every step of this incredible adventure. And who better to do that for than Amaury , his son, his pride, and one of the greatest joys of his life.
Coach Harvey, we are absolutely certain that this is NOT goodbye… it is simply SEE YOU LATER.
We are incredibly proud of you and your entire family. You have all been an example of love, commitment, strength, and what it truly means to support one another. Your family has become our family, and even though this chapter is taking you somewhere new, know that we will always be cheering for you, supporting you, and celebrating every success that comes your way.
We cannot wait to see you and Amaury accomplish everything you have dreamed of. We will be right there, celebrating every goal, every achievement, every milestone, and every beautiful moment that is still to come.
Thank you, Coach Harvey, for everything you have given to our kids, our coaches, and our academy.
Go chase that dream. Go support your boy. Go make memories.
And remember… you may be leaving our academy, but you will always be part of our Hurricanes family.
