We wrapped up our season today with a wonderful banquet celebrating all the incredible accomplishments this team fought for. From pulling everything together just two weeks before competing, to taking 1st place at Regionals and finishing 8th at State—what a season to remember!
Beyond the trophies and the wins, this season was about so much more. It was about growth—growth you could see and growth you couldn’t. Each of you pushed past fear, self-doubt, and limits you never thought you could overcome. You learned how to trust yourselves, trust each other, and show up even on the hard days (and there were several). Watching you all grow not only as athletes, but as young humans, has been the greatest reward of this season. We are endlessly proud of you.
To our 8th graders who are moving on, this goodbye is a hard one. You leave behind more than a uniform—you leave memories, leadership, laughter, and pieces of your hearts with us. We hope you carry everything this team has taught you into whatever comes next. No matter where life takes you, know that you will always have a home here. We will always be in your corner, always believing in you, and always cheering you on.
