🥋 SELF DEFENSE SEPTEMBER IS HERE! 🥊

This September, we’re taking our Jiu-Jitsu training out of the gi and into street clothes.

All month long, our Advanced Class will focus on practical Jiu-Jitsu self-defense techniques designed for real-world situations — because self-defense doesn’t happen on a perfectly padded mat with everyone wearing a gi.

We’ll work on realistic scenarios, controlling positions, escapes, takedowns, and techniques that can help you stay safe when it matters most.
