🌟TOTL Weekly Workout Series; Week 2 Recap🌟

Week 2 started with an unexpected change in venue! Instead of a structured track workout, we took things to the cross country course, shifting the focus away from splits and more on effort-based running💯🏃‍➡️🏃‍♀️‍➡️
Gave us all a chance to tune into how our bodies felt instead of what the watch said. It was all about staying present on each rep, adjusting to the course and pushing ourselves to high efforts for each segment.
We are building the group each week, so come join us!
