Week 3 brings one small switch ➡️starting this week, we will meet on WEDNESDAY evening instead of Thursday!
We’re keeping the momentum going as we focus on getting better with the same:

⏱️What: Speed work, intervals and strength-based runs; all designed to push all to their own individual limits while training in a group
