Meet our amazing client, Sara Miller! Sara is a busy mom to three amazing kids—Max, Kate, and Vera—and like many women approaching 40, she found herself feeling stuck. After years of running, she wasn't seeing the progress she wanted and felt the effects of perimenopause creeping in.

After following Rebecca on social media and realizing she wasn't alone in what she was experiencing, Sara decided to start training.

"Training with Hannah has been so much fun and is seriously the highlight of my week. The accountability is crucial for me to stay motivated and keep making gains."

I’ve been eating more protein… strength training consistently… tracking my food… getting my steps in… sleeping better… but the scale isn’t moving and my stomach isn’t getting any smaller.”
If you’ve ever thought this, you’re not alone.

Can we talk about the things us ladies try when the scale won’t budge? 👇

Like….
➡️ Eating less
➡️ Skipping meals
➡️ Cutting carbs
➡️ Doing more cardio
➡️ Starting over every Monday
➡️ Being “good” all week… and then throwing in the towel on the weekend

Yep. They USED to work for me too.

But now?

Not so much.

My body (and yours) doesn’t respond the same way it did 20 years ago.

When we slash calories and do endless cardio, we don’t just lose weight—we often lose muscle too.

And muscle is the very thing that helps keep our metabolism strong, our body firm, our energy up, and weight easier to manage as we age.

So what should we do instead?

❤️ Eat enough protein
❤️ Strength train consistently
❤️ Walk more
❤️ Sleep better
❤️ Focus on building muscle while losing fat
❤️ Stop chasing the fastest solution and start choosing the one you can actually maintain

I know that isn’t as exciting as a detox tea, a cleanse, or a 21-day challenge promising dramatic results.

But it works.

And more importantly…

It keeps working.

If you’re over 40 and frustrated because what used to work no longer does, it doesn’t mean you’re failing.

It means it’s time for a different strategy.

One that works WITH your body instead of fighting against it.
