Brandon Tate and Jared Thomas had a great Day 1 sack of five fish weighing 20.80, and finished Day 2 with five fish for 13.25, giving them a two day total of 34.05 lbs, crowning them the 2017 USA Fishing Trails Oklahoma champions, and they walked away with over $10,000! 2017 Anglers of the year Ian Leybas and Danny Giacomo finished a close second with 31.84 lbs, and Red Rutherford and Joe Copeland came in third place.

Fishing in the Atchafalaya Basin in July is hot, muggy, and tough, but Josh Crowder and Jarred Guyban went out and got it down with five fish that went 16.70 on the scales, crowning them the 2017 USA Fishing Trails South Louisiana Championship winners! Tim Carmouche and Chris Day took second place with 16.27, and Craig Walker and Brent Bonadona finished in third place with 16.18.
