Welcome to Woodbine English Springer Spaniels, named after the Woodbine Cottage, home to Bob & Elsie MacDonald, who purchased this lovely farm house in 1996. The MacDonalds have been involved with spaniels, in one way or another, for the better part of their lives. Bob has hunted over Springer's for 45 years. Woodbine is strictly a hobby kennel, enjoying hunting,competing in a few hunt tests to e

arn Master Hunting Titles on all the dogs, & running in a few Field trials each year. in 2020 he purchased a camp in northern Maine to hunt & can often be heard saying , "I am Living the Dream!"

Jules and I got the bird we called the Green Gate Ghost Bird
Yesterday, always in the same area, always managed to escape, this time it flew across the tote road affording me a clear easy shot. She made a nice quick retrieve and I think she was happier than me.
