3rd place finish

Game MVPs in their 4 games,
came up 1 run short in the semifinal game but had great production. These kids in 4 games only got out 5 times as a whole. Pitching came in clutch with 8 total innings combined only giving up 7 runs .

We got rained out before we could play our 2nd game yesterday so we have 3 games today!
The first bright and early at 8am this morning!

Yesterday was Day 1 of the boys World Series Experience , opened up with the group competitions. The boys had a blast and made some friends along the way! Making memories that will last a life time! Today we open up pool play with a double header against the #2 Majors team In Texas and the #3 Majors team in Texas . Prayers for our boys! They got this!

The New Mexico Warriors 9u are fundraising for their summer 2022 Campaign. We are raffling off 3 prizes ,a Pelican 70 cooler , A Gift basket full of goodies of winners choice and a Lucy’s Gift Card. This is a group of hard working young boys that are dedicated to getting better and representing Carlsbad New Mexico well. They are out practicing 6 days a week in this intense summer heat and putting in hard work. The Warriors tournament campaign is heated , they are headed to the International World Series, Lubbock Texas usssa, USSSA STATE tournament Albuquerque NM and ending summer in West Texas! The team truly appreciates all and any support we receive!
These boys are working to become better ball players , outstanding community leaders and Future Cavemen!

“Never a loss only lessons when you play hard and give it your all!”
The New Mexico Warriors came up a few runs shy in our bracket games but I will tell you all one thing , they battled their tails off! For this being their first tournament as a whole and for many of them their first travel ball experience ever we definitely hit some big strides! We had only a handful of strike outs in 4 games and had a ton of hits to back up our pitchers who only walked 10 batters in 4 games just fell behind in the experience department playing teams that are 20 games deep!
The boys had a great experience from playing ball all weekend to being recognized on the field by the Midland Rockhounds they had a blast! We played some of the best AAA teams in West Texas and the boys held their own! We definitely have a special group of players on hand and some very hungry athletes! We have a bright future ahead of us and as always all Glory be to God!

The New Mexico Warriors are west bound to Midland Texas to battle for the King of the Desert Title. This will be their first tournament of the 2022 summer campaign and they are hungry and looking to make a great first run in Texas ! This team includes 14 players from BASEBALL TOWN, USA CARLSBAD NM! Keep an eye on these names because they are ready to make a big impact!
