Unfortunately, due to low interest, classes will not be resuming on Monday. I really love and miss working with you all. Hopefully, we can have something in the future that fits all of our wants and needs, as a community, down the road.

Quick lunch tip🥬🥒🫑

Getting our veggies in is so important! It makes it easier to start in the morning with breakfast and then have smaller amounts at each meal, rather than trying to cram them all in at dinner time 👌🏼.

My lunch for today:
Leftover rotisserie chicken
Romaine lettuce
Red pepper
Cucumber
Feta cheese
Cashews(for good fat and a little crunch)
Dressing: red wine vinegar, 1 packet truvia, salt and pepper

Super easy breakfast idea 🙌🏻

I basically threw this together with what I had leftover in the fridge.

12 eggs
1 cup egg whites
1 red pepper
1/2 orange pepper (leftover)
1 onion
About 2 handfuls of kale that was about to go bad 🤷🏻‍♀️

Mix eggs and egg whites together
Sauté peppers and onions quick then add to eggs
Throw in kale
I just add salt and pepper to my individual pieces when I eat them.
Mix together
Spray 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray
Bake @350 for 30mins. Or until firm 🎉

Cut into 6 even pieces 👌🏼
*Full of protein and get some veggies in first thing in the morning.
*you could also do just egg whites if you didn’t want all the yolks 🙃

InBody Scans will be done tomorrow (Saturday 8/7) between 8:00am-9:00am 🤗. Scans will be done at 4400 Vine St. Brown City, MI 48416. $25/ scan. Remember to read over the instructions of what you can/can’t do before you come 👍🏻. See you tomorrow!

AUGUST !!! 💥💥💥 This month we will be offering in person outdoor workouts and at home workouts for you to stay consistent with your health and workout goals🥳. We did this for the month of July and had a great time!

$65- includes both in person and at home workouts

$40- includes at home workouts only

After listening to the governor and news the past couple of days, it seems that it’s likely that the opening of gyms could be pushed back even further. Due to this I am going to be adding an “at home” only option. This will continue to be $40. The programming for this will also be different beginning next Monday (July 6th). All workouts will be able to be done with a single dumbbell 👍🏻. I want you all to be able to keep working out regardless of us being open or not. Please reach out to me if you have any questions. If you have borrowed equipment, please return all to me except for a single dumbbell. If you need a different weight, we will hopefully have enough since only one dumbbell is needed for the new workouts. I’d like to have all equipment returned and/or distributed in time for classes Monday🤗
