We are so grateful to all of our members who have been loving our refreshed June group fitness schedule! The classes have been packed with your amazing energy, and we’ve been having so much fun with you all.

Just a friendly reminder:

✅ Please make sure you sign the sign-in sheet when you arrive for class.
✅ The sign-in sheet is available 30 minutes before class starts.
✅ You may only sign yourself in—please do not hold spots for anyone who has not yet arrived.
✅ Be in your spot and ready to go 5 minutes before class start time.

Nothing says “good times” quite like rediscovering moves we thought our muscles had successfully forgotten. 😆 Between the nostalgia, the shaking, and a few “Oh yeah, I remember this one…” moments, you all absolutely crushed it!

Thanks for bringing the energy, the laughs, and the willingness to revisit a classic. Same old release, same burning abs, slightly older bodies. 🙋🏻‍♀️😂
