ZOOSTERS 10-BALL OPEN — THANK YOU! 🎱
Alright everyone, sorry this is coming so late. I had to work today and I'm just now getting a chance to sit down and put into words what an incredible weekend this was.
First and foremost, THANK YOU to every single player who came out.
We had 50 players step up and compete. I don't care what your Fargo says — every one of you is a top dawg in my book. You knew what kind of field you were walking into. We had more than 16 players rated 640 and above, and you still showed up, took on the challenge, and gave it everything you had.
That's what competition is about.
All weekend, I heard nothing but good things about the tournament, the equipment, the matches, and the atmosphere. That means more to me than you probably realize.
And I can promise you this: the Zoosters 10-Ball Open WILL be back — and we're going to make it even bigger while keeping the same entry fee.
I will continue to go out and bust my ass finding sponsors because I want to keep the entry affordable while giving the players the biggest payouts possible. I take ZERO dollars from sponsorship money. It goes back into the event and the players. The only venue-related charge is a $5 green fee, which helps cover the person running t tournament that day.
TO OUR SPONSORS — THANK YOU ❤️
Ryan Henry with Anytime Billiards — the tables played amazing all weekend. They always play great, but with the fresh work just being completed, they definitely made some games interesting and unpredictable! Ryan continues to support these events, and I can't thank him enough.
Christine Sil Han with Han Law Group — one of our newest sponsors, and someone I'm proud to have supporting our players. Whether it's criminal law, immigration, divorce, or child custody, Christine is someone who will fight for you. She is amazing at what she does, and the results of her firm speak for themselves. Thank you for believing in what we're building.
Braxton Haremza with Hearthside Dentistry — I've personally had the pleasure of having you work on my teeth, and I was amazed by the experience. You're not just an incredible dentist; you're someone who genuinely cares about your patients and treats them like family. Thank you for supporting our event and our players.
And a very special thank you to Roderick Whitehorse for capturing so many amazing moments with your photos. Your talent behind the camera is incredible, but anyone who knows you knows you’re just as talented with a cue in your hand.
You’re an amazing shooter, but even more importantly, an even better human being. I truly appreciate you taking the time to be there, support the event, and give us memories we’ll be able to look back on for years.
Thank you, Roderick. Your time, talent, and friendship mean more than you know. 🎱📸🙏
THANK YOU, ZOOSTERS 🦁🎱
Zoosters Pub -n- Pool, Chris Linnen and Alison Drolet Linnen — thank you for continuing to give me the opportunity and freedom to put together these bigger events. Every time we've stepped up and tried something bigger, the support has been there and we've had great results. I truly appreciate the trust you put in me.
Collyce LaNita Gallagher — thank you for working Friday and then pulling a double Saturday night. That's a long weekend, and your hard work didn't go unnoticed.
Jeremy Leedom — thank you for running the tournament. Everything went smoothly, and you gave me something I don't normally get: the opportunity to actually play in my own event. 😂 I know it isn't easy sitting there watching match after match when you'd rather have a cue in your hand. I appreciate you, brother.
We're also working on stepping up our streaming game for the next one. And maybe — just maybe — I can talk one of the best into running a Calcutta for us next time. I won't name names... but I think we all know somebody who's pretty damn good on the mic, at the table, and in the booth. 😏🎤🎱
Now, after all that...

This weekend reminded me exactly why I keep doing these tournaments. It's not about me. It's about giving players a place to compete, keeping the entry affordable, building bigger payouts, supporting the businesses that support us, and continuing to grow the pool community.
To the players, sponsors, staff, spectators, Zoosters, and everyone who shared a post, brought somebody with them, watched a match, or supported this tournament in any way:
THANK YOU.
50 players this time. Now let's see what we can do with the next one. 🎱🔥
We'll be back. Bigger, better, same affordable entry — and I'll get back to work finding the money to make it worth playing for.
Much love and respect to everyone who made the Zoosters 10-Ball Open a success. ❤️🎱
