One of the major reasons people quit is lack of support 😔

Look I’ve been guilty of it when I was young. I never mocked a new person at the gym but I would have the thoughts. I was being a JERK

We all start somewhere. Many of you complain about the burden of non-communicable disease on the healthcare system and claim you want people to get healthy. But then you mock the people trying to get healthy 😑

I’m a recent systematic review of people who successfully lost weight & kept it off by one of the MAJOR factors identified as a reason reason people quit was lack of support 😔

Don’t be that person. All it takes is one ‘funny’ comment to cut someone to pieces who already may be very uncomfortable at the gym. It may be enough for them never to go back

OR you could be the person who encourages them, compliments them, and maybe you might be the reason they didn’t quit 💪🏽

The choice is yours. Be someone’s hope today ❤️
