Another great Kids Jiu-Jitsu class at Primal Striking and BJJ!

The kids have been putting in the work, learning new techniques, sharpening their skills, and most importantly—LEVELING UP! 💪

A bunch of our young athletes earned new stripes on their belts today! Every stripe represents time on the mats, hard work, discipline, improvement, and consistency.

🥋 Great Labor Day Kids Class!

We had a solid turnout for our Labor Day Kids BJJ class! Followed by a solid Muay Thai kids class on Tuesday. It was great seeing the kids show up on a holiday, put in the work, and keep improving.

Consistency matters. Every class, every round, and every little improvement adds up. Proud of all the kids who came out and trained with us! 💪

Yes we are open today! And it's NOGI week all classes will be NOGI for the whole week. We will have regular kids class at 530 today followed by adult bjj open mat at 630.

The first month back to school is always tough—new schedules, busy families, and plenty of sickness making its way around. 🤧 But our kids keep showing up, pushing through, and putting in the work!

We’re proud of the resilience and effort we’re seeing on the mats. Every class is another opportunity to build confidence, discipline, toughness, and Jiu-Jitsu skills.
