Sweatbox Brooklyn Boxing, fitness, cardio, and muscular endurance training. We accommodate people of all ages and skill levels. We have programs that suit your needs.

Sweatbox Fitness provides boxing skills, endurance training, motor skill development and overall general body conditioning. If you have a boxing background or have experience, we can help you polish your skills. If you're a beginner that's trying to build strength, get fit, or simply want to learn self-defense techniques, then we can help you with that too. We are located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, and recently opened our doors to the public. Our head trainer, Argenis Arce, is very knowledgeable, with almost 20 years of experience in the sport of boxing. He also has a Kinesiology degree from St. Francis college, making him an expert in strength/conditioning, sport and exercise, as well as methods of rehabilitation.
