Internationally acclaimed arts organization dedicated to helping student artists from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds achieve the highest levels of excellence. The mission of Earl Mosley's Diversity of Dance, Inc., is to provide an environment where student artists from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds c

EMDOD's teachers and staff ensure that every student is welcomed and celebrated in a non-competitive environment that supports value over volume. The organization strives to build a community of dance which enables each student to connect both technically, artistically, and spiritually with their own art and individuality. Participants collaborate with their peers as they learn from one another and their teachers/artists in programs that model mutual respect and celebrate diversity. EMDOD creates a community where participants can feel safe to explore and cultivate their dreams. Growing together, participants prepare for the challenges that lie ahead for them in the world of dance and life.

Join us for Dancing4Colombia: A Performance Fundraiser in partnership with Festival Internacional de Ballet de Cali to provide FINANCIAL AID to the residents of Cali, Colombia affected by the recent earthquakes.
The evening will feature choreography from, our very own, Fredrick Earl Mosley, with guest choreographers Syrai Forsythe (Syrai Forsythe) and Paul Gamble (Paul Michael) and an INCREDIBLY talented group of artists in each cast❣️
This INSPIRING event celebrates the power of dance to CONNECT communities across the world🌎🫂

It was such an honor to spend the last ten days GROWING, EXPLORING, and CULTIVATING with each of these incredible dancers. They showed up, put in the work, and pushed themselves every single day in the Ailey Extension studios. What you saw on stage was the result of all that heart and dedication👏🏾
THANK YOU to our faculty and guest choreographers for the time and artistry you poured into each and every participant.
