Heads up, Lula fam!

We’ll be closed next Thursday for Thanksgiving 🦃, but all other days are open as usual so we can keep moving toward our holiday goals!

There will be a slight schedule shift next week for the final week of Nick’s 6-week Pilates Ballet Barre Express series (Monday + Tuesday at 12pm). Kaitlin’s 9am Springboard will now officially be added on our permanent schedule starting next week as well!

This 45 minute class, inspired by Ballet Floor Barre, will train you to strengthen and find ease like a classical ballet dancer. Through our 6 week series you will build core power, sculpt strength, and move with control.
