As part of this customization, clients experience a made to measure workout while enjoying their own music and our garden. We believe this provides for an augmented experience in training where all environmental conditions, equipment, and training are married for the client's benefit. The mission for our clients is to build a strong physical foundation that is injury resistant. By identifying movement patterns that are problematic or injury-causing and creating exercise systems that work to alleviate these mechanics, we hope to change fundamentally how our clients get fit and resilient. Through this process, clients explore their physical capabilities towards an efficient, stronger, and confident body, while also learning a great deal to take with them outside of Greys.
