Parkour is a discipline that emphasizes efficient movement while flowing through obstacles with ease by using proper running, jumping, vaulting or climbing technique. Breakdancing
Breakdancing was created in the 80’s and involves gymnastics combined with freestyle, hip hop and just about every form of dance. Trampoline
Trampoline is a great way to do acrobatic

and gymnastic exercises for sport or recreation. Tumbling
Tumbling is a practice used in gymnastics primarily on a spring floor including hard springs, flips and rolls. Tricking
Tricking is an art form that combines intricate martial arts and acrobatic gymnastic movements. Body Roll
Bodyroll is a designed to tone, strengthen and train your body. Incorporating hip hop, dance, aerobic, jazz, bounce and vogue into simple routines and memorable phrases. Stretch
This class is designed to straighten or extend ones body or body parts to become more flexible and agile

New Style Hustle
New elements to the partner dance of the 70’s dance called The Hustle. King of the Jungle
This class introduces the student the different art forms we offer at Brooklyn Zoo.
