While Tony Ball has been suspended for two weeks, he threw on his suit and went to work in the office! The company of Swagger Inc., which owns Amurrica Championship Racing and Dream Team Inc., has made a major move! We have made the purchase of Cherry-Lowes Racing for 3 million with 29 buckets of KFC Chicken. This will add Jovan Cherry and Brandon Lowes to the Swagger Inc. camp! Also, we have signed Lewis Bussa III to a 4 year deal worth 1,000 Chicken Ramon packs. This is great because money is the issue right now. Amuriica Championship Racing/Dream Team Inc. continue their VSU Cup Series dominance as they're now 6 for 6 in points paying events. With Lewis Bussa III sweeping the first 3 races and taking 2 poles in the process, Ben Bando winning at Bristol, and Cristian Vasquez taking the impressive W at California, last week at Martinsville was no different. Lewis Bussa and Ben Bando didn't started the pressure was on Cristian Vasquez, Bruce Turner, Justin McLucas, and Tony Ball. Tony, Bruce, and Justin started in the back while Cristian asserted himself as a threat to win right from the drop of the flag. Tony was involved on the first incident of the race and went a lap down due to damage repair. After that we had about a 80 to 100 lap run where Tony Ball went from 29 to 20 leading the way as Bruce Turner followed going from 30 to 5th! (If Tony wasn't a lap down he would've been in 6th) Soon after that, the clearly excellent long run car of Bruce Turner had some electrical issues and had to park it. After Tony picked up the lucky dog, there was no holding him back from getting up into the top 5. As Cristian continued to just ride on the bumper of the leader, and lead laps as well. Around lap 360 Tony managed to take the lead from Cristian and lead until the next set of stops. Cristian had the lead for about 30 laps as Tony was running him down. They had a excellent battle for the win with 20 to go for about 5 laps. With 10 to go an unfortunate caution came out that neither Tony or Cristian wanted to see. After pits Tony and Cristian Vasquez came out P 3/4, as the two tire stops by Dale and Ben looked like the right move with a GWC on our hands. With some confusion about the final restart Tony Ball was awarded with the Turtle Express 500 Trophy and ACR/DTI got there 2nd 1-2 finish of the season. Great job at Martinsville and the performance of both teams isn't looking to slow down as we head into Texas Motor Speedway!
